Eligibility:

For B.Tech Programmes: The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) and also with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry each without grace.
For Lateral Entry to B.Tech Programmes: Candidates must have passed diploma in Engineering / Technology program of a duration of 3 years or more (after 10) or 2 years (after 10+2) from State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH) in the aggregate or should be have secured B.Sc degree of minimum three year duration from a recognized university with mathematics as a subject, with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH).
For M.Tech Programmes: Candidate must have first class B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree in respective discipline or equivalent CGPA as specified by AICTE.

How to Apply:

Candidates can apply online or by OMR application form mode.
The cost of information brochure and OMR application form inclusive of entrance examination fee for admission test- 2015 or on-line application submission, is Rs. 1,500/- for general and OBC category and Rs. 750/- for girls of all categories and SC/ST categories.
The completed application form through any of the modes should be sent by registered/speed post to The Coordinator, Admissions-2015, Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Deoria Road, Gorakhpur - 273010 (U.P).

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the admission test conducted by the university.
The weightage for admission test and valid GATE score shall be 40% and 60% respectively.
