MANIT, Bhopal opens admissions 2014 for Ph.D programme

Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology(MANIT), Bhopal opens admissions for Ph.D programme in various departments and centers of the institute for the academic year 2014.

Eligibility:

Candidates having a Master's degree with minimum 55% marks (CGPA 6.0) from a recognised university. (Reservations are as per prevailing GOI norms)

Selection procedure:

Only valid GATE/NET qualified candidates will be selected for the full time programme.
Limited research fellowships are available under institute fellowship i.e, TEQIP-II fellowship and MNRE fellowship.

How to apply?

• The application forms completed in all respects along with the (SBI collect receipt) non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 800/- for general/OBC candidates and Rs. 400/- for SC/ST candidates, should be submitted to Assistant Registrar (Admission), MANIT, Bhopal - 462051, by 15th April, 2014.
• The payment of processing fee is to be done only through SBI online "SBI Collect" into MANIT account.
• The application form can be downloaded from MANIT website or can be collected from admission section, MANIT, by paying Rs.100/- through IPO payable to "Director, MANIT, Bhopal" or through post by sending a self addressed A4 size envelope with IPO of Rs. 100/- payable to "Director, MANIT, Bhopal".
• Institute will not be responsible for any postal delays.

Tentative date for entrance test is 24th May, 2014 and interview will be held from 9th to 14th June, 2014.
