Manipal University (MU), Manipal has invited applications for admission in various medical programmes.
Admissions are opened in the following programmes: Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Health Information Administration (HIA), Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Renal Replacement Therapy & Dialysis Technology (RRT & DT), Cardiovascular Technology (CVT), Medical Imaging Technology (MIT), Medical Radiotherapy Technology (MRT), Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT), Nursing, Perfusion Technology (PT) and Respiratory Therapy (RT), Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), Master of Pharmacy (MPharm), Master of Chirurgical (MCh) and Master of Science (M.Sc) programs in various specializations offered in its constituent colleges for the academic year 2016.
Eligibility Criteria:
MD and MS Programme: Candidates must have MBBS degree from any university recognised by medical council of India. Candidates completing their compulsory rotating internship on or before 30.04.2016 are eligible to apply.
BDS and MBBS Programme: Candidates must have completed10+2, A level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and english individually with a minimum of 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology taken together.
MDS Programme: Candidates should have completed MBBS degree from any university recognised by medical council of India. Candidates completing their compulsory rotating internship on or before 30.04.2016 are eligible.
B.Sc Programmes: Candidate should have passed 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th Grade or equivalent with physics, chemistry, english and biology with minimum of 45% marks taken together in physics, chemistry and biology.
BPharm Programme: Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and English with Mathematics or Biotechnology or Computer Science or Biology as optional subjects.
MPharm Programme: Candidates must have degree in BPharm from an institution recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Selection Procedure:
Selection of candidates will be based on the rank obtained in the All India Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET) 2016. Or on the basis of marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination.
