The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell started the web option entry process from today onwards, October 13. The MHT CET counselling choice-filling process will take place in online mode at their official website-cetcell.mahacet.org. Candidates are required to fill in their application number and password for MHT CET option entry 2022.

Candidates are required to fill in their preference of courses and institutions before the MHT CET 2022 CAP rounds. According to the preference, candidates can fill in a maximum of 300 choices of institutes and courses in decreasing order. Once the candidate submits the MHT CET 2022 option form, it will be considered for the MHT CET 2022 allotment process.

Candidates whose names were included in the MHT CET 2022 merit list are eligible for web option entry. The final merit list for MHT CET 2022 was released on October 12 at the official website.

MHT CET 2022: Things to keep in mind while filling up the option entry form

• Candidates should know that to be considered for the MHT CET 2022 seat allotment, they have to complete the web option entry process before the deadline.
• After submitting the MHT CET option form, candidates will not be able to change their preferences.
• During the choice-filling process, candidates can fill in a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 300 choices. The candidates should fill in the institute choice code against the option number in the online option form.
• Candidates are required to confirm the on-line option form by re-entering their application ID and password.
• Download the confirmed option form and save it for future use.
