KVS Admission 2021-22 For Class 1 To Begin From April 1

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, has released the admission schedule for the academic session 2021-22. The KVS admission for Class 1 online registrations will begin from April 1, onwards. Students and their parents who are aiming for KVS Class 1 admission 2021-22 can start filling up their applications through the online portal. Check the KVS Admission 2021-22 details below.

KVS Admission For Class 1 Registration Process

The registration forms will be available at the Principal free of cost. However, for KVS admission Class 1 registration will be done online on the online admission portal when the portal is live. The KVS admission forms must be completed in all respects and accompanied by all required documents submitted/sent to the Vidyalaya concerned within the prescribed date. One should also submit the attested copies of the prescribed documents along with the application form for registration.

KVS Admission Class 1 Age Limit

  • 5 to 7 years

Note: The minimum age on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought for Class 1 is 5 years. However, the maximum age on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought for Class 1 is 7 years.

KVS Admission 2021-22: List of Documents

  • Certificate of proof of age - birth certificate
  • Proof of relationship
  • Caste certificate (if so)
  • Certificate of retirement
  • A service certificate showing the number of transfers during the preceding 7 years
  • Proof of Residence

In the official public notice released by KVS the following is stated: ''List of children registered, list of eligible children, category wise list of provisionally selected children, waiting list and subsequent lists to be compulsorily displayed on the wb-site of the Kendriya Vidyalayas concerned, in addition to display on School's Notice Board.''

Aspirants have to note that if any of the day is a public holiday, then the succeeding day will be treated as opening/closing day.
