KCET Counselling 2022 : The Karnataka Examinations Authority has begun the KCET 2022 option entry for round 2 at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. KCET Counselling   Entry Option for Round 2 begin

Candidates who were not getting seats in the first round they can participate in round 2 option entry if they wish their higher preferences should be considered. The round 2 seat allotment will be announced on the basis of the KCET option entry for 2022 round 2.

  • Rectification in KCET 2022 Web Option: November 17-19, 2022
  • Round 2 option entry result: November 21, 2022
  • Exercising their options, applicants were allotted seats in Round 2 (November 22-November 24, 2022).

Steps to do KCET 2022 web option entry

  • Go to the official website of KCET 2022 at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/Kea.
  • Click on the link that reads " KCET Option Entry."
  • Fill in the CET number and security pin.
  • Now, click on the "Submit" button.
  • Create a password of your choice
  • The KCET option will appear on your screen
  • Then, choose your preferred option and colleges.
  • Submit the choices and take a printout for future use.

KCET 2022: Seat allotment

Candidates should note that the KCET will be releasing the seat allotment result on the official website. Candidates will be able to check their results by filling in their CET number. The authorities will be releasing the mock seat allotment results before the final seat allotment. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website so that they will be updated.After the seat allotment, candidates are required to accept the offered seats and have to report to the alloted colleges at the earliest for the admission process.
