Jamia Millia Islamia Univ: Admissions offered for UG/PG Programmes

Applications are invited by Jamia Millia Islamia University (JMI), New Delhi for admission to various UG and PG programmes for the session 2016-17.

Admissions are offered in various UG and PG programmes in the Faculty of Humanities and Languages, Social Sciences, Education, Engineering & Technology, Law, Architecture and Ekistics, Fine Arts, Dentistry, Natural Sciences and Centre for Management Studies.

Eligibility Criteria:

BDS Programme: Candidate must have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination of a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination.

UG Programmes: Candidate should have completed Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate or in the subject concerned.

M.A Programmes: Candidates should have B.A./B.Sc or B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com (Hons.) with at least 45% marks in aggregate or 50% in the subject concerned.

M.Sc Programmes: Candidates should have B.Sc with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and at least 55% marks in the subject concerned.

MBA Programme: Applicants must hold a bachelors degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or an equivalent degree.

An application fee of (Rs. 700/- or Rs. 500/-) should be paid by the candidates after selecting the relevant programme and category.

Selection of candidates will based on their performance in the entrance test and interview, conducted by the institution.
