IISER Bhopal Admissions Open: Apply For Ph.D. Program

IISER Bhopal admissions open for the Ph.D. program. Interested candidates can apply through the official website. The last date to apply online is April 3, 2017.

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Bhopal has declared an official admission notification.

Interested, eligible candidates can apply for the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Science, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics for the academic session August 2017.

The selected candidates who do not receive external fellowship will be awarded an institute fellowship.

The IISER Bhopal offers admissions for Ph.D. programs. Interested candidates have to apply through the online mode.

Eligibility criteria

Educational requirement:
The candidates interested in applying for this program should be holding MSc/ MTech degree, in the relevant discipline, with a minimum of 60 per cent marks or CGPA/CPI of 7.0 on a 10 point scale.

Selection procedure:

The candidates will be selected based on their performance in the interviews which will be conducted in two rounds (rounds I and II).
Those shortlisted candidates from round I will have the option to interact with faculty members in the department following which round II of the interviews will be conducted for the final selection.
