How to apply to Ph.D courses for admissions at IIIT-Delhi?

Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIIT-D) has announced admissions to full time Ph.D courses for the academic year 2014.

Application procedure:

Candidates have to fill up an application form online.
Candidates must pay Ph.D application fee either online or by a demand draft of Rs. 350/- drawn in favour of "IIIT-Delhi Collection Account" payable at "Delhi" to the following address:

Assistant Manager (Academics)
A-107, Academics Building, IIIT-Delhi
Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-3
New Delhi - 110020

In case of DD, candidates must mention their name, application number and name of Ph.D programme at the back of the demand draft.
The demand draft must reach IIIT-D before the last date, failing which will result in rejection of application without screening.
In case of online payment, date and transaction ID has to be copied verbatim into the form.
The candidates will be screened based on the information provided in the online application form

Last date for online application is 25th March 2014.

Last date to receive demand draft: 27th March, 2014 by 5 pm.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for written entrance test and an interview.

Ph.D entrance exam will be conducted on: 5th April, 2014.

Results of the Ph.D entrance exam will be announced on: 7th April, 2014.
