Gauhati University offers 5 year integrated M.Com admission 2014
Department of Commerce, Gauhati University, Gauhati, invites applications for five year Master of Commerce, commencing in 2014.
Eligibility:
- Candidates who have passed the H.S (10 +2) examination in the year 2013 and 2014 are only eligible to apply.
- For admission into the 1st semester, course a candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination recognised by the Gauhati University securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
Admission procedure:
The admission into the Five Year Integrated M.Com course is based on the merit list prepared by giving 60% weightage of the percentage of marks obtained in the H.S. or equivalent examination (best of four subjects) and 40% of the marks obtained in the entrance test.
How to apply:
- Application form can be downloaded from the official website of Gauhati University.
- Application form can also be obtained from the University office on payment of Rs 400/- in cash.
- Application form can also be obtained from the University office by sending dd of Rs 400/- drawn in favor of Registrar, Gauhati University, payable at SBI branch.
Important dates:
- Last date for the submission of application form is 30th May 2014.
- Written test will be held on 01st June 2014.
