DU to conduct UG admissions for reserved seats


The Delhi University will continue to conduct admissions for its undergraduate courses for the 2014-15 academic session for the candidates under the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes (SC/ST/OBC) categories. There are a few seats under these categories that are still vacant in some colleges affiliated to the Delhi University.

The schedule for admissions to reserved category seats is as follows:

DU 2014-15 UG admission schedule for vacant reserved seats
 Display of vacant seats (course-wise & category-wise) of SC, ST and OBC on college website and notice boards Monday, August 4, 2014 (10 am)
 Registration of SC, ST and OBC candidates by affiliated colleges Monday, August 4 and Tuesday, August 5, 2014 (By 4 pm)
 Notification of list of eligible SC, ST and OBC candidates Tuesday, August 5, 2014 (By 5 pm)
 Admission of eligible SC, ST and OBC candidates against available seats Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 7, 2014

The vacant seats will be alloted to eligible candidates under the SC, ST and OBC categories on the basis of merit.

A written communication has been sent regarding the above, to affiliated colleges by the DU.
