DTE invites NRI students for its full time MBA programme

Delhi Technological University (DTU) invites applications from NRI students for its full time Master in Business Administration (MBA) programme for the academic year 2014. Delhi Technological University is a non-affiliating teaching and research University engaged in promoting studies, research, technology incubation, product innovation and extension work in Science, Technology and Management. To attract best of minds to ensure high academic standards and encourage research & innovation in areas of relevance to industry and society, the university runs its MBA Programme under Delhi School of Management (DSM). Eligible students can apply online by visiting the official website of DTU.

Eligibility:

An individual is a non-resident when he is "not a resident" or who is "not ordinarily resident". A person is treated as "non-resident" when any of the following conditions is satisfied:
(a) If he/she has not been resident in India in nine out of ten preceding years;
or
(b) If he/she has not been in India for a period of 730 days or more during the preceding seven years.

Only a person who is an NRI himself/herself may seek admission and no other candidate without NRI status would be eligible. Admission under this category shall be made on the basis of the merit/score in GMAT.

Academic Eligibility:

(a) A Bachelor degree in any branch of Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or 1st class master's degree in any branch of Physical/ Chemical/ Mathematical Science like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Application, Electronic Science, Environmental Science, Operation Research, Computation/ Information Science.

or

Master's degree in Commerce/ Economics. The candidate must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6 (on a 10 point scale) in the qualifying examination, and

(b) A valid GMAT score (will be used for short listing of candidates for admission and such candidates shall be exempted from appearing in GD/PI).

Programme fee:

An amount of US$ 7000 (US Dollars seven thousand) annually will be charged as tuition fee. The total fee for the program will be of US$ 14000 (US Dollars Fourteen Thousand).
