Delhi University invites applications for its PG progammes in Arts

University of Delhi invites applications for its Post Graduate programmes in Social Sciences for the academic year 2014. These programmes are run under the Faculty of Social Sciences of Delhi University. Eligible students can enroll themselves by logging on to the official website of DU.

Eligibility:

• MA Adult Continuing Education & Extension
• MA East Asian Studies
• MA Japanese
• MA Economics
• MA Geography
• MA History
• MA Political Science
• MA Social Work
• MA Sociology

Procedure:

• Candidates seeking admission to different Post-Graduate courses in Social Sciences may apply for registration online on the university's web portal.
• Copies of the admission lists will be sent to the principals of the colleges/heads of the departments concerned. Candidates whose names appear in the admission list will be issued provisional admission slips on the dates to be notified at the time of registration, provided the candidate has submitted the result of final year examination. The candidate, after collecting the provisional admission slips, will apply for admission to the college for the subject concerned.
• The names of those who fail to complete admission formalities or fail to submit the provisional admission slips in the colleges within the stipulated
  period shall be removed from the list without any further reference to them and the resultant vacant seats will be offered to other candidates in order of merit.
