Calcutta University offers Integrated MLIS course Admission 2014

Department of Library and Information Science, University of Calcutta, Kolkata, invites application for admission to five year integrated Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) course, commencing in 2014.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on merit list of entrance examination, with reservations as per norms of the University of Calcutta.

Venue: Asutosh Building, 87/1 College Street, Kolkata -73.

Eligibility:
Any person appearing H.S. (10 + 2) examination under WBCHSE in the year 2014, and passed H.S. (10 + 2) examination under WBCHSE in the year 2013, in Indian Academic System or equivalent degree from recognised council / institution may apply for the said course.

How to apply:
The application form can be obtained from the university sales counter by paying Rs 250/- in cash.

Note:
Application form sent by post will not be accepted.

Important dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is 17th June 2014.
Admission test will be held on 21st June 2014.
Display of merit list on 27th June 2014.
