Amrita University offers MD, MS and MDS admissions 2014

Amrita School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, Amrita University invites applications for admission to Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) commencing in 2014.

Eligibility Criterion:

For MD / MS:

• Candidates must have passed MBBS degree from any of the medical colleges recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Candidates should not be more than 30 Years of age as on 31st December 2014.

For MDS:

• Candidates must have passed BDS degree from any of the Dental Colleges recognised by the Dental Council of India(DCI).
• Candidates should not be more than 30 Years of age as on 31st December 2014.

Selection procedure:

Selection is based on the rank obtained in the Amrita Entrance Examination conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

How to apply:

• Candidates have to apply online.
• The filled application form along with demand draft of Rs 2,000/- drawn in favor of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, should be payable at Kochi.

Important Dates:

• Last date for the online registration on 06th March 2014.
• Entrance exam is to be held for MDS courses on 21st March 2014.
• Entrance exam is to be held for MD/ MS courses on 23rd March 2014.
