According to Mr. Shiv Das Meena, the administrator of the Annamalai University, it has been announced that this year university will admit students without entrance exam scores to professional courses.
The marks of candidates who have passed in class 12th, would be sufficient to get admission to MBBS, BDS and B.E courses
The University will also follow the reservation system and fee structure of last year.
He also said that the University will be following the Annamalai University Act, 2014, and it also follows the norms set by the Tamil Nadu Admission in Professional Educational Institutions Act, 2006.
Around 150 in MBBS, 100 in BDS, 3,000 in B.E and 1,075 in B.Sc in Agriculture and Horticulture seats are available for admission.
University has also moved to Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) for getting "equivalence" to integrated courses.
