A fantastic event celebrated with lots of josh.
The students not only donned ethnic attire but also showcased various traditional performances. This was followed by ethnic dances - solo and group performances, songs and fashion shows.
The event also saw the participation of many international students studying in the college and also the regional games like Kunte Bille, buguri, goli and so on were included in the festive celebration. The energy levels were quite high as the campus was bursting with enthusiasm and passion.
"I think ethnic day celebration is a very good Idea since most of the people in today's world are moving away from their own culture and history. It is a very good appreciating and paying a tribute to our roots" says Sharanya a final Year student from AIGS.
