Ace Creative Learning forays into retail education solutions

Bangalore, September 26, 2014: Ace Creative Learning, one of the pioneers of introducing the concept of integrated learning in schools for students of class 11 and 12 in Karnataka, yesterday, announced its foray into the retail segment in education. As a first step in this process, the company launched its flagship retail product, the DeekshaTab.

With an investment of Rs 5 crore on the development of the DeekshaTab, Ace Creative Learning is looking at reaching out to 5000 customers by the end of this financial year and is looking at revenues of Rs 15 crore from the same.

The DeekshaTab will be launched in the market at a price of Rs 34,999. The launch product is one among a series of products that Ace Creative Learning plans to line up in the coming months, targeted at other competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, GATE and UPSE. In addition to it, another area of focus would be to develop products for students of class 5 to 12.

By the year 2020 Ace Creative Learning is looking at reaching out to 50,000 students and acquiring a 20% market share in the education TABLET business.
