As a young and dynamic company, BlinkX is passionate about empowering the bright minds that will shape our future. The BlinkX Intern Grand Prix is more than just a competition-it's a celebration of the creativity, strategic thinking, and dedication that our talented interns bring to the table. With an F1-themed twist, this event is designed to challenge interns to race toward excellence, making their mark in the world of financial services.

The Race Plan

This year, we're thrilled to welcome participants from some of India's most prestigious institutions, including IIM Lucknow, NMIMS Mumbai, MICA, XLRI Jamshedpur, IIT Kharagpur, and Plaksha University.
These bright minds have contributed across various departments, including Brand and Marketing, Strategy, and Product Management, demonstrating their versatility and dedication. Their projects reflect a deep understanding of their respective fields and the innovative spirit that BlinkX strives to stimulate.
The interns are required to present their projects, outlining their objectives, ideation process, execution, results, and potential future steps. Once submitted, these presentations will be evaluated by a panel of BlinkX stakeholders who will assess the work based on criteria like creativity, impact, and the realistic implementations of these ideas at BlinkX.

What's in it for the Winners?

The competition is fierce, and the rewards are worth every bit of effort. The winner of the Intern Grand Prix will receive a cash prize of INR 1,00,000 and a Pre-Placement interview (PPI), ensuring a bright start to their career. The runner-up will take home a cash prize of INR 50,000 and a Pre-Placement interview (PPI).

But beyond these tangible rewards, the true prize lies in the experience gained, the skills honed, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to BlinkX's innovative journey.
