Jharkhand Staff Selection Commision (SSC) has announced the online application for eligible candidates for the Jharkhand Joint Police Sub-Inspector Competitive Exam 2017. The online application is accessible on the commission's official website.

Jharkand SSC has invited applicants for the Jharkand Joint Sub Inspector Competitive Exam 2017. The examination is aimed at filling up of more than 3000 vacancies. The candidates who apply for the posts must have an undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university.
The selected candidates will be offered their payment according to the Grade Pay II (6th Pay Commission)
The candidates must have passed a bachelors degree from a recognized institute
The candidate should fall in the age group of 21 to 30 years
The application fee for the exam is Rs. 460. Applicants belonging to the state of Jharkand and Rs 115 for applicants who belong to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe

The preliminary examination and Main Examination will be consisting of multiple choice questions. Each question will be carrying 3 marks. For each wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted. The question paper will be available in English and Hindi languages.
