- Go to the "CAREER" section at the top of the homepage. Click on it.
- In a new window, Click on the link that reads, "Advertisement for Various district level post under National Health Mission in Thane"
- You will now see the PDF link of the job application reading, "Advertisement for Various district level post under National Health Mission in Thane (1180 KB, PDF)." Click on it.
- You now have downloaded the Application Form cum instruction guide to applying for the vacancy.
- Fill out the Application Form as instructed.
- Download and take a printout of the same.
- You now have to send the filled-out Application Form, along with the Demand Draft and photocopies of all relevant documents as demanded, to the following address before November 21, 2022:
