23 Head Constable Vacancy in ITBP: Know details and how to apply

Indo Tibetan Border Police ITBP has floated an online notification to fill the post of 23 head constables (Education & Stress Counsellor). Out of these 23 vacancies, 20 are for males and the rest 3 for females.

Pay Matrix of this Group C Head Constable Post

• Its the Level 4 post in Pay Matrix and the salary will range from rs 25,500 - 81,100

Age Limit

The cut-off date to establish the age of applicants will be 11 November 2022

• Minimum Age: 20 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years

The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved and ex-servicemen categories as per government rules

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree with Psychology as a subject from a recognized university OR
• Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Teaching, OR equivalent degree from a recognized university

• The official notification says that the recruitment is tentative as of now, and thus the number of vacancies is likely to increase or decrease.
• The posting will be temporary with a chance to become permanent in due course
• 10% of the posts will be reserved for ex-servicemen
