Click on the button that reads, REGISTER.

Click on the button that reads, New User.
Step 4
The instructions to apply will be displayed on the screen. Read them carefully.

Click the button that reads, Proceed to Registration.
Step 6
Read the message on the pop-up box and click Ok.
Step 7
The registration form will open. Enter your details in the fields provided.
Step 8
Enter the captcha code.
Step 9
Read the declaration and click on the checkbox to agree to it.
Step 10
Click Preview and follow the subsequent pages to complete the registration process.
