University of Pune, has finally come up with the revised time table. The varsity postponed the paper of 15th November, as the government of the state declared it as the holiday for the Muharram.
Due to this sudden declaration by the state government, Pune University has to postpone Post Graduation Diploma in Management(PGDM), second year BSc electronics science and zoology, LLM third and fourth semester, first and third year engineering (FE/TE) 2008 and 2012 courses, second and final year engineering (SE/BE) 2008 and 2012 (all branches) and first, second, and third year Master of Computer Application (MCA) examinations which were scheduled on 15th November.
"We had planned these papers for 15th November but we have to re-schedule it as the state government declared it as Muharram holiday" says, WN Gade, vice-chancellor of. However, the change in schedule was necessitated by the government's directive, he added.
Name of exam and revised date:
PGDM (Management) Monday, 18th November. Entrance
SY BSc (Zoology and Electronic Science) Sunday, 24th November.
LLM (semester III and IV) Wednesday, 27th November
FE, TE (all branches) 2008, 2012 Sunday, 24th November
SE, BE (all branches) 2008, 2012 Sunday, 1st December
FY, SY, and TY MCA Sunday, 1st December
The university notification has also directed the college authorities concerned to bring the change in schedule to the notice of students appearing for these papers.
