UGC further extends last date for UGC NET 2013 application submission

University of Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, further extends the last date for National Eligibility Test (NET) Dec 2013 online application form submission.

UGC has extended dates from 14 Nov to 16 Nov 2013.

National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2013 is applicable for Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor appointment in UGC colleges.

UGC office remains open from 9 AM to 5 PM without lunch break.

UGC NET 2013 entrance exam will be conducted on 29 Dec 2013.

NET exam will be conducted in 79 subjects. The candidates who qualify for the award of Junior Research Fellowship are eligible to pursue research in the subject of their post-graduation or in a related subject, and they are also eligible for Assistant Professor's role.

The universities, institutions, IITs and other national organisations may select the JRF awardees for whole time research work in accordance with the procedure prescribed by them.

Last date for receiving the printout of online application form is 16th Nov 2013.
