Chandrakala Padia new VC of Maharaja Ganga Singh University

Rajasthan Governor Margaret Alva has appointed Prof. Chandrakala Padia as the Vice-Chancellor of Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner.

Prof. Padia would hold the office for a period of three years from the date she takes over the charge or until she attains the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier, a release said.

About University:

Mahajraja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner (formerly named as the University of Bikaner, Bikaner) has been established by the University of Bikaner Act, 2003 (Act No. 13 of 2003), the Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part-4(Ka), published on June, 07, 2003 as a new State University.
