Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) has been assigned "A" grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of UGC.
This is the third university in Maharashtra to get this grade after Mumbai and Pune universities. "The university had scored 3.07 points to grab the top grade.
The BAM assessment was carried out between August 27 to August 30," Vice Chancellor Vijay Pandhripande told reporters.
About University:
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) was established in June 1958. The University has to serve the need of the whole Marathwada region with a common historical and cultural.
