Six-day workshop on Isotope hydrology in Karunya University

Karunya University here, in collaboration with the Centre for Water Resources Development and Management (CWRDM), Kozhikode is organising a short-term training workshop on Isotope Hydrology from December four.

The six-day workshop is sponsored by Department of Science and Technology and the course is useful for estimating surface water flow, ground water recharge and understanding the origin and migration of pollutants and also the isotopic composition of water in the atmosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere, a university release said.
