Notification for the JEE exams will be announced in the month of Jan 2014.
JEE (Advanced)-2014 exam is conducted for admissions to undergraduate programmes at all Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad.
JEE Advanced exam contains Paper-1 and Paper-2. There will be no computer based test. Exam is conducted only in pen pencil format.
JEE Main examination is conducted for admissions in NITs and centrally funded institutions across the country.
From the year 2014, registration fee for the exam has been increased to Rs 200/-.
Application fee:
- For general candidates: Rs 2,000/-.
- For OBC candidates: Rs 2,000/-.
- For SC/ST/PH candidates: Rs 1,000/-.
Like last year, there is no application fee for female candidates. Candidates who are taking exam in Dubai will have to pay US $220.
Around 1.26 lakh candidates had registered for JEE-Advanced 2013 exam.
