Bangalore University to conduct MAT 2013 test for MBA admission

Bangalore University (BU), to conduct the Management Aptitude Test (MAT 2013) for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) courses.

BU invites applications for unfilled MBA seats by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) under Government quota for the academic year 2013-14.

Applications are also called for admission to full time programme of Canara Bank School of Management Studies under supernumerary quota of Bangalore University.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any student who has studied for not less than 7 years in Karnataka, and who has studied undergraduate degree in any of the Universities of Karnataka is eligible to apply.
• The students must have scored 50% in aggregate in their degree. In case of SC/ST/Cat-I, the students must have scored 45% in aggregate in their degree.

How to apply:

• Candidates have to apply online.
• Application forms can also be downloaded from the Bangalore University website.

Application fee:

• Rs 650/- for General candidates.
• Rs 325/- for SC/ST/CAT-1 candidates.

Important dates:

• Last date for the submission of application form is 18 Sept 2013.
• MAT 2013 exam will be on 22 Sept 2013.
