Foreign students held from Pak seminary
At least 21 foreign students were arrested during searches conducted at two Islamic seminaries in Gujranawala city of Pakistan, media reported Sunday.

The students were arrested on charges of living in the country without proper documents, Geo News reported. The report said Qazi Hameedullah, a former member of National Assembly, owned the two seminaries.

According to the police, the students were taken into custody for possessing incomplete travel documents, while some Afghani students were staying in the country illegally.

The students were shifted to an undisclosed place for further investigation, the Geo News report said.
