Celebration of Teachers Day in Global Indian International School

Teacher's Day is celebrated in India on September 5, on the birthday of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, second President of India and a great scholar.

Global Schools Foundation that runs Global Indian International School in 7 countries acknowledges the role of teachers in shaping the future generation.

The vision of the foundation, ‘to become a global role-model for teaching and learning' is implemented through the teachers. It is their passion and commitment towards the students that have helped produce individuals of substance and quality.

The teachers are the pride of GIIS and as a token of appreciation Ms. Punam Singhal, Principal of GIIS Noida gifted them with beautiful pots of saplings symbolizing nurture and care that they bestow on the little ones.

The students of GIIS Noida entertained the teachers with a beautiful performance and the teachers surprised the students with a mimicry. The teachers enjoyed the day thoroughly and the day ended on a happy note.
