KEA released KCET 2013 First round Seat allotment results

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the Common Entrance Test (CET) 2013 first round seat allotment results.

e-Payment facility has been provided by KEA to enable CET-2013 allottees / candidates to remit the stipulated fees, download Admission Order and join allotted colleges.

According to the KEA, allottees can remit the stipulated fees, download admission forms and join allotted colleges through the e-payment facility.

All e-payments will have to be made to KEA account number 6125538727 from other banks and 6121857884 from Indian Bank, Malleswaram, Bangalore (IFSC Code IDIB000M010).

Students can report to the allotted colleges if they are satisfied after the payment of fees and report to KEA about their joining through the KEA portal.

If a candidate is partially satisfied with the allotted seat and wishes to continue to participate in the next round, then he/she will have to pay the prescribed fees and intimate this on the KEA portal.

They need not join the college and the seat held by them will either remain or be replaced until an alternative seat selected by them is allotted in the second round of counselling.

In the second round, if a candidate gets the seat opted for, then the one allotted in the first round will automatically get cancelled and the newly allotted seat will be confirmed.

In case the seat opted for is not available as per options in the second round, then the seat allotted in the first round will be retained.

If they don't join the college, then they automatically forfeit both the seat allotted to them as well as the fee paid.

If the candidate has not paid the fees within the stipulated time, the allotted seat will be cancelled and brought back to the pool for allotment in the second round.

Important dates:
Time given for payment of fee: July 15, 2013 till 5 PM.
Display of remained seats: July 17, 2013.
Second round option entry starts: July 17 to 22, 2013.
Second round of allotment of seats: July 23, 2013.
