Tamil Nadu Class 12 Supplementary Exam 2013 Time Table

The Directorate of Government Examinations, Chennai has announced the Higher Secondary Special Supplementary Examination which is held in the month of June/July 2013.

This exam is conducted specially for those who could not clear their examinations at their first attempt.

Note:

(1) In the event of any holiday being declared after the publication of the Time-Table, the Higher Secondary Examination will be conducted as scheduled unless and otherwise notified and intimated by the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai.

(2) Question papers will be issued to candidates at 10.00 a.m. Ten minutes is provided for reading the question paper. Answer sheets will be issued at 10.10 a.m. Five minutes is provided for filling up of the particulars on the answer sheet. Duration of the examination is three hours i.e., from 10.15 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. except Typewriting for which duration will be 2½ hours from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

(3) Candidates arriving after the expiration of the first fifteen minutes will not be admitted (Both for Theory and Practical)

The Higher Secondary Special Supplementary Examination of June / July 2013 will be conducted in the order of date, day, and subject shown in the table mentioned below:-

Batch Hours First Batch : 07.00 a.m. to 09.30 a.m. Second Batch : 09.40 a.m. to 12.10 p.m. Third Batch : 12.20 p.m. to 02.50 p.m. Fourth Batch : 03.00 p.m. to 05.30 p.m. ii) Candidates of the first two batches will not be allowed to leave the examination hall until 12.30 p.m. and no candidate for the third and fourth batches coming after 12.30 p.m. will be admitted to the examination. Candidates taking examination at 10.00 a.m. in the case of centres where the examination is conducted at one batch and finish their test before 12.30 p.m. will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till 12.30 p.m.

• Reach the examination hall before 10-15 minutes of the examination.
• Carry your hall ticket without fail.
