JIPMER MBBS entrance exam 2013 result on 7th June

A total of 69,391 (70%) candidates appeared MBBS entrance examination on June 04, 2013, Sunday conducted by the Centrally sponsored JIPMER across the country for admission to MBBS course.

Dean of JIPMER Dr K S Reddy said that the exam was held simultaneously in 14 centres including New Delhi, Puducherry, Chandigarh, Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada and Bangalore.

Valuation of answer sheets would be taken up tomorrow and the result released on 7th June.

JIPMER has a total of 141 seats in the first year MBBS course including 40 seats reserved for the students of the Union Territory.

Biometric Verification of candidates, who appeared for MBBS Entrance Exam conducted on 2" June 2013 in 14 centers across the country, was carried out by two methods:

• Digital capture of finger prints and photo.
• Manually obtaining finger print impression, specimen handwriting in the Attendance Sheet, and signatures in both Attendance Sheet and Answer Sheet of every candidate.
