The Global Education Interact (GEI) held at New Delhi by The Chopras

The Global Education Interact (GEI), an education fair with a difference organized by The Chopras was held today at the Shangri La Hotel, Connaught Place. The event gave aspiring students an opportunity to interact with representatives of world class universities and education institutes from various countries across the globe for admissions into their programs. The GEI is an exciting event where lots of seminars are held on all possible matters related to the exercise of planning and executing further education within a Global framework.

On the occasion, Mr. Naveen Chopra, Chairman and Promoter, The Chopras said, "While some of these universities offer admissions in the current intake itself, there are some that do so for the following intake as well. Pre-qualified and serious student applicants can get a close preview of the universities' courses, institution and country under one roof making the Global Education Interact much more than an education fair."

The exhibition started on 16th of May 2013 and will carry on till 3rd of June, 2013 covering 11 cities like Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Lucknow and Jaipur. There are about 60 leading Universities from 8 different countries such as the University of Bristol, University of Manchester, University of Liverpool, James Cook University etc. that have participated in the Fair. The participating countries include the U.S.A., U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, Italy, Europe, Malaysia, and others.

About the GEI:

Global Education Interact (GEI) is more than an Education Fair. It is an event where Universities and Education Institutions from many countries come to meet specifically with pre-qualified and serious student applicants to their courses, Institution, and country. The major thrust is to meet students interested in gaining admission into the current or latest up-coming intakes though in some circumstances, University delegates will talk to students for the following year's intakes.
