NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, an institution of eminence has been consistently rated amongst the top three Law Schools in India. The University is inviting applications for Two Years full -time campus based M.B.A. Programme with major specialization in ‘Court Mana gement' /‘Corporate Governance' /‘Financial Services and Capital Markets' and minor specialization in ‘Marketing Management' /‘Human Resource Management' /‘Business Regulations' with an objective of carving-out future managers having cutting edge knowledge and expertise in management and law.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate of any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized Institution/ University.

Age Limit: Below 30 years (32 years in case of SC / ST / Persons with Disability and 35 years in case of Foreign Nationals) of age as on August 1, 2013.

Admissions Process: The admission for Indian Nationals is based on the performance at the Admission Test (75 marks), Group Discussion (15 marks) and Personal Interview (10 marks).

Direct Admission under Foreign National Category: The candidates who possess citizenship of a country other than India shall only be considered under this category. Foreign Nationals need not take the Admission Test. The admission under Foreign National Category is based on the performance at Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The vacant seats of Foreign National Category shall be offered to the All India General Category Candidates in order of merit.

Pattern of the Admission Test (75 Marks)

  • Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension: 30 Marks
  • Numerical Ability and Data Interpretation: 30 Marks
  • General Knowledge and Current Affairs: 15 Marks

Test Centres: Bangalore, Chandigarh, Cuttack, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Visakhapatnam.

How to apply: Application Form can be downloaded from the University website: www.nalsar.ac.in. The duly filled-in Application Form should reach the Registrar along with a DD for Rs.2,100/- drawn in favour of ‘Registrar, NALSARMBA A/c' on or before June 21, 2013 (by 4:00 p.m.).

Please Note: The applications received after the last date shall not be entertained. The University will not be responsible for any delay.

Fee Structure:

1. Fees for day boarder
For Indian Nationals: Rs. 3,25,000/-
For Foreign Nationals: Rs. US$ 15,000

2. Fees for Hosteller
For Indian Nationals: Rs. 3, 75,000
For Foreign Nationals: US$ 15,000 + Rs. 75,000

Important Dates:

  • Date of Admission Test: June 30, 2013 (Sunday) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • The shortlisted candidates will be called for the ‘Group Discussion' and ‘Personal Interview' during July 15-18, 2013.
  • The classes will commence from August 1, 2013.
