DIAT, Pune Opens Ph.D, M.Tech & PG Diploma admissions 2013

Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Pune invites applications for admissions to Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D), Master of Technology (M.Tech) and PG Diploma courses commencing in the session 2013.

The programmes are offered in:
Ph.D programmes: Aerospace Engg, Mechanical Engg, Electronics Engg, Computer Science & Engineering, Materials Engineering, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Chemistry and Bio Sciences & Technology.

M.Tech programmes: Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Radars & Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Technology, Lasers & Electro-optics, Modeling and Simulation, Chemical Science & Technology,

PG Diploma in Bio Science & Technology

Eligibility:
For Ph.D:
Candidates should have an M.E/ M.Tech/ Master's degree in relevant discipline with 55% of marks from a recognized university.

For M.Tech & PG Diploma:
Candidates should have an B.E/ B.Tech degree in relevant discipline with 55% of marks from a recognized university.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on GATE Score / UGC-CSIR NET Certificate and interview.

How to apply:

• The application form can be downloaded from the official website of Defence Institute of Advanced Technology.
• Application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST) per programme is required to be paid by DD drawn in favor of Vice Chancellor, DIAT Pune, payable at Pune.
• A print out of the application acknowledgement generated by the system after upload of application has to be forwarded to the Deputy Registrar (Academics), Defence Institute of Advance Technology, Pune 411 025 along with the DD drawn and with the self certified copies of mark lists, certificates and other testimonials.
