Thapar University Opens MBA & MCA admissions 2013

Thapar University, Patiala invites application for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) courses commencing in the session 2013-14. MCA program offered in regular mode and distance mode.

Eligibility:
For MBA:

• Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with 60% of marks from a recognized university.
• Candidates should have CAT/ MAT/ CMAT score cards.

For MCA:
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subject from a recognized university and has also qualified in the entrance test.

Intake:

• For MBA: 90 seats
• For MCA: Regular mode: 120 seats and Distance mode: 60 seats.

How to apply:

• Candidates have to fill online application form available in official website of Thapar university.
• The filled application form along with demand draft of Rs. 1550/- in favor of Registrar, Thapar University payable at Patiala should be submitted to the admission office.

Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is June 10, 2013.
Online entrance exam to be held on June 26-30, 2013.
Result of entrance test: July 08, 2013.
