Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) recently, made few Amendments to the rules of the UPSC IAS Entrance test, which said that candidates who attend this exam should write a complication of Hindi or English language and the results shall be considered based on this.

Underestimation of the role of regional languages made Kannada Development Authority Chairman Chief Chandru against UPA. He wrote a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. DMK, Shiv Sena and BJP condemn regarding the action of the UPA.

This approach is to bring equal opportunity to contribute students from rural areas and non-Hindi speaking students.

UPSC has however opposed to test changes behalf of other states. They are ongoing studies about the problems among the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. In order to over come this Priyanka Bhargava arranged an on-line signature collection campaign. Sign Petition.
