Here is the detailed pattern of PGECET 2013 Examination.
- In PGECET examinations each paper consists of maximum of 120 minutes and 120 marks.
- PGECET question papers will be given in objective type.
- The candidates need to mark the correct answer by darkening the appropriate bubble on an OMR sheet with HP Pencil only.
- OMR answer sheets will be given to the candidates with the question booklet.
PGECET will be conducted under the three categories given below.
Category 1: Conventional Courses Category 2: Specialized Courses Category 3: Inter Disciplinary Courses Exam Centres are as following: Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) is conducted in three zones across the state. The zones and corresponding examination centers(tentative) where the Test will be held are: Zone1 :Hyderabad Zone2: Visakhapatnam Zone3: Tirupati Also Read: Important Dates of PGECET 2013.
The Conventional courses include subjects like- Architecture and Planning, Aerospace Engineering, Bio Technology, Bio Medical Engineering, Civil engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering,Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Pharmacy.
The Specialized Courses include Environmental Management, Geo Engineering and Geo Informatics, Nano Technology.
The Inter Disciplinary Courses has No separate examination test will be conducted for this category
It is based on relative ranking (Percentile score0 of eligible PGECET test papers.
