SET 2012 results expected to be announced in Feb

The Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (SET 2012) results expected to be announced in first or second week of February 2013.

Bharathiar University, the nodal agency for the University Grants Commission (UGC) for holding SET, conducted the test on 10 main centres and 76 sub centres in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

Bharathiar University released the answer keys for the State Eligibility Test (SET 2012) subjects wise. Candidates have to download the answer keys and check with the answered questions in the examination.

"The evaluation procedures have been completed and the results will be declared once the UGC moderation committee gives its approval," said BU Vice-Chancellor G James Pitchai. The committee's meeting is scheduled to be held in first week of February.

The moderation committee includes nominees from the State Government University Vice-chancellor, who is also the committee chairman and UGC representatives. University sources said the UGC has agreed to send two nominees from Mumbai.
