Eamcet Students Facing Relaxation By New Schedule

Eamcet Aspirants Relaxed By Schedule
As said before, Eamcet is ready to endure few changes this year. The credit goes to the Supreme court's directions, assigning new deadlines for all state Governments in order to complete the admission process for Engineering courses across the Country.

The State Council of Higher Education- Andhra Pradesh, is in the process of drafting the changes, which will be announced on January 8, 2013. It is all set to announce the schedule for announcing Eamcet results and counselling for admissions along with Eamcet notification.

Following since few years till date, students ere clueless about when the results would be announced and form when the counselling would commence. Also, in the year 2012 students had to wait till June 30 to know their results though the test was conducted in the month of May on 12th.

Later, it got postponed due to delay in the release of Intermediate supplementary results. They had to wait for Intermediate results because almost around 25% weightage was being given for the Inter marks for Eamcet.

As a result Eamcet aspirants had to wait till the month of September for the first part of Engineering counselling, which further got delayed in fixing up fee structures by the Government. By this time, these students had already lost six months of their Engineering course, because classes started in November only after the second part of counselling and spot admissions came to an end.

Well, in order to over come all these issues, the APSCHE is in a plan to follow the weightage for Inter marks secured in the supplementary examinations. It is also ensured that marks scored in the Inter exams in March only, will be considered this year.
