ISC Class 12 Exams Postponed By Two weeks: B'lore

ISC Class 12 finalized schedule is out! The exams have been postponed by two weeks, which leads examination to conclude only by the end of the January.

This news has already left students and their parents with sleepless nights. They are in a force to reschedule the exam preparation and study time table. Well, this is a shocking news to all ISC class 12 students.

Although some students might feel happy in having two more weeks for their incomplete preparation, maximum number of students are unhappy with it. "The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations should have announced the dates well in advanced", said parents.

Another parent "Last year, we had sketched out a timetable for our son. He had a month's time for preparation after the pre-board examination. But this year, the pre-boards get over by the end of January and board exams begin in mid of February. It's turns to be stressful".

Also A parent complained that "The board should have made an arrangement early to prepare students. We were intimated only three or four days ago. This examination is like a stepping stone for students to get into good colleges. But now, ISCE students will be at a disadvantage compared to CBSE students".

However, Indrani Sudharshan, Education Head of Ebenezer International Schools says "A lot depends on the subjects. The first theory paper on February is environmental science, which none of our students have taken. So in our school, the examinations begins on February 19, the date for the next paper".
