DSI Bangalore Inaugurated A New Development Centre

DSI (Dayananda Sagar Institutions) in Bangalore has very recently inaugurated its new Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre. The main objective of this programme centre is to create a platform for all the budding student entrepreneurs to forge ahead with their innovative product ideas.

The centre was inaugurated by Sujit Banerjee, Director- National Science and Technology, Entrepreneurship Development Board, VR Ferose - Managing director and senior Vice President, SAP Labs India, and D.Premachandra Sagar, Vice Chairman and CEO of DSI.

After the inauguration, a few of them also spoke a few words about the programme.

"The Union Government is keen on promoting the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship on technical campuses all over the country", said Mr.Banerjee.

"The entrepreneurship is a mind set and today's students have great opportunities to explore as entrepreneurs and build enterprises", said Mr.Ferose.

"Today's India is a world full of opportunities and innovation is the mantra today." said Dr.Sagar.

Moreover, along with this development centre, a panel on "Innovation and entrepreneurship" was also organized.
