Maharashtra SSC&HSC Winter Result Report
As we all know, the results of Maharashtra SSC and HSC results of this Winter season which was held in the month of October has been declared yesterday, 28th November, 2012. Below is the report analysis of results.

Rise or fall of results were revealed by the board. They said that results of Nagpur division did not reach up to their expectation. With SSC results falling by 6.33% while HSC could manage a marginal 0.51% gain.

According to the sources, across the six districts, which include Nagpur division of the state board, Gadchiroli turned out to be the surprise package by registering a remarkable passing percentage. Among the candidates of SSC examination in Godchiroli, around 42.8% passed while Bhandara stood at the bottom of Nagpur division with a poor remark of 9.24% passing results.

The Gadchiroli district took the top spot in HSC also, with 41.15% of the total passing results. And Warada district recorded the lowest figures with 15365% passing results.

Well, not to be surprised, like the last years results highlighted Girls topping up the results against boys this season too remains the same. While 15.28% of girls cleared SSC exam, only 13.49% boys could make the grade.

At the Nagpur district, only 9.95% of the candidates managed to clear SSC exam while 17.44% of the candidates cleared the HSC examination. Moreover, Nagpur is declared as the division with average performance compared to the rest of the state. Nagpur stands 4th with respect to SSC exam and 5th in HSC examination passing results.

Other divisions like Nashik topped the states SSC chart with 24.99% passing results, Aurangabad division took the honours in the states HSC chart with 26.28% of passing results, Konkan division, which topped the summer exam rankings of both HSC and SSC is being disappointing in the winter season.

In SSC the Konkan division could muster only a 11.44% results where as its HSC results were 18%. It stood in the eighth place in SSC results and seventh in HSC results.
