7New Govt Polytechnic Colleges Affiliated By AICTE

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi gives a affiliation to 7 new government polytechnic colleges in Punjab. Technical Education and Industrial Training Minister, Anil Joshi said admission to these polytechnic colleges of 840 seats for the academic session 2012-13 had started.

7 New Govt Polytechnic colleges which are affiliated by AICTE:

Sant Baba Attar Singh Government Polytechnic College, Badbar
Government Polytechnic College, Kotkapura
Government Polytechnic College, Begowal
Shaheed Nand Singh Government Polytechnic College, Bareta
Government Polytechnic College, Behram
Shri Guru Hargobind Singh Sahib Government Polytechnic College, Ranwan
Government Polytechnic College, Fatuhikhera

He said that, for admissions to these colleges, mentor institutes had been set up at government polytechnic colleges, Bathinda, Government Polytechnic College, Moga, Government Polytechnic College Anritsar, Baba Hira Singh Bhattal Institute if Engineering and Technology, Lehragaga, Government Polytechnic College Hoshiarpur, Government Polytechnic College Khuni Majra and Malout Institute of Management & Information Technology, Malout.

Anil Joshi said, the students who are in the merit list of the state level Joint Entrance Test (JET 2012) could apply in these polytechnic colleges till November 17.
