Students tend to put up stress or panic for their Examinations. Well in order to over come stress and panic making yourself being able to study smart and effectively turns into desirable results. Always remember Performing better is always the key to success.

Do you fear for Examinations. Does your Panic flow through out your examination days. Then here's some tips you may need to keep away stress and overcome it.

1. Keep up targets for yourself. Create a time table for all subjects, plotting time equally for all subjects as per your capacity.

2. Take it as any other set of ordinary tests as the easiest way for winning this battle. Over come panic in your mind first them automatically you can go forward.

3. Always learn basics first. It is the healthier way to start off studying. Later syllabus and then reference books may be useful.

4. Always believe in yourself as negative thoughts may drown you deeper. Get up early, and a slight amount of exercise may help to be active. Have breakfast and then start studying.

5. Students may also face problems like sleeplessness. Hence do not skip dinner and sleep early every night. One of the recommended tip is to perform yoga and meditation in order to avoid stress. Exercise shall increase concentration power which refreshes their mind and body as well.

6. Please avoid last minute preparation because it always results in confusion and you may forget all the other prepared syllabus.

7. Also, draw neat diagrams and label them without fail. Diagrams are one of the ways to represent your answer more briefly.

8. Underline all the important points or words that represents the main function or part of the answer.

9. Last but not the least, Study your syllabus, prepare well and give your papers in a cool state of mind.
