HC: Revaluate Medical EntranceExam Paper
Around 6 candidates who had taken up the Postgraduate Medical Entrance Exam has approached the High Court complaining of 'Wrong Answer Keys', hence the Kerala HC has directed for Revaluation of the PG Medical Exams 2012-13 of at least 6 candidates who had complained in court.

A Division bench headed by Chief Justice Manjula Chellur and Justice AM Shafique, gave the direction on a bench of petitions by Dr.Navin and few others complaining of wrong answer keys of some questions of the entrance exam.

As directed by the court, Advocate General KP Dandapani submitted 2 sealed covers giving opinion on the controversial answer keys pertaining to dental and medical courses. According to the petitioners, around 26 answers in the answer keys were incorrect.

The bench directed the government to evaluate the answers of the appellants with reference to opinion of experts only on disputed questions and file a report in a sealed cover.

Also, the authorities and Government has been asked to inform the ranking that may be secure by Modification of Marks. However, candidates wait for the final decision. The case has been scheduled for 30th October, 2012.
