Dr. BAMU Conducts Ph.D Entrance Test on 28 Oct

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU), Aurangabad invites application for Ph.D entrance test (PET 2012) for admission into Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) courses commencing in the session 2012.

The courses are offered in:

• Social Science
• Law
• Science
• Commerce
• Management Science
• Fine Arts
• Engineering & Technology
• Pharmacy
• Education
• Physical Education

Eligibility:
Candidates should have a Master's degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on entrance test conducted by the university.

How to apply:

• The application form can be downloaded from the official website of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
• The filled application form along with demand draft of Rs. 600 (Rs. 400 for SC/ST) in favor of 'The registrar, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad' should be submitted to the respective heads of the university departments.

Please Note:

• The candidates who have qualified CSIR/UGC-NET (JRF, LS), SET, SLET, GATE, PET-2010 and M. Phil are exempted from PET.
• A teacher and personnel with Five years of approved services as UG/PG teacher or Five years professional/Adminstrative experience, working with recognized organizations are also exempted from the PET.

Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is Sept 10, 2012.
Ph.D Entrance Test (PET) will be held on Oct 28, 2012.
